How do the services work-for creating seeds?

• First, we send you a USB or direct attached storage (DAS) device.
• Then our experts walk you through the backup tasks, and you save the data to the appliance.
• When the backup is complete, you ship the appliance back to EVault. We transfer the data to our top-tier vaults. You can start delta backups immediately.

How do the services work-for performing restores?

• After you contact EVault Customer Service, we export the data you need from our vault to a mobile storage appliance and ship it to your location.
• You connect the appliance and restore the data-then simply return the device to us when finished.
