Systems Administrator - Tier 2

Contour Data Solutions is the premier provider for Strategic IT Solutions and Data Management. The Core focus of Contour's business strategy is the customer and as a Systems Administrator you will primarily be responsible for the service and coordination of technical customer support. Carrying our methodologies through to conclusion and ensuring customer satisfaction with the product, implementation, processes and documentation. The ideal candidate for this position will need to be able to work and communicate with team members, as well as self-driven to assume incident ownership to solve issues and work towards resolutions. The Administrator is primarily responsible for monitoring and managing server technical assets for all Contour Managed Service customers. When a request falls out of the scope of managed services, the Systems Administrator will either escalate to the next tier and/or communicate with other Contour departments to understand the expectations set and review afterward. If needed, the Systems Administrator will complete all necessary documentation and communications for hand-off. For every customer incident or request received, the Systems Administrator will ensure that all issues are resolved and identify any additional opportunities for Contour.
