Full Stack .Net Developer

The Application Developer role will be responsible for new development, enhancements and support using the full Microsoft stack. The Developer will be an important member of the collaborative and highly performing Application Development team. The developer must be able to respond quickly to meet business needs. They must be able to balance a demanding workload among several high priority production environments while working with other team members.

Level 1 Network Operations Support Engineer

The position is part of a technology team that has responsibility for internal and customer facing solutions which are hosted in our enterprise class data centers. The Network Professional who will be responsible for the day-to-day- activities, change controls and maintenance on all networking equipment that includes patching, replacing and troubleshooting.

Level 1 System Operation Support Engineer

The position is part of a technology team that has responsibility for internal and customer facing solutions which are hosted in our enterprise class data centers. The Systems Engineering Team is responsible for the server, SAN, and database infrastructure, which supports customer applications in a 24x7x365 data center environment. The team focuses on performance tuning, automation, security, design, implementation, and break/fix resolution of enterprise class solutions.

Level 2 Network Operations Support Engineer

The position is part of a technology team that has responsibility for internal and customer facing solutions which are hosted in our enterprise class data centers. The Network Professional who will be responsible for the day-to-day- activities, change controls and maintenance on all networking equipment that includes patching, replacing and troubleshooting. Serve as escalation and mentor to the Level 1 Team.

Operations Center Systems Support - Tier 2

As an Operations Center Systems Support you will primarily be responsible for the service and coordination of technical customer support. Carrying our methodologies through to conclusion and ensuring customer satisfaction with the product, implementation, processes and documentation.

Inside Sales Representative

responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales quotas through effective selling of Cloud, Data Center Technologies and Managed Services. Must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and helping Account Executives close deals.

Senior Account Executive

High-performing Account Executive responsible for growing revenue in a perspective territory and hitting sales quotas through effective selling of Cloud, Data Center Technologies, and Managed Services.

Level 2 Senior Linux Systems Operations

You will primarily be responsible for the service and coordination of Linux systems. Carrying our methodologies through to conclusion and ensuring customer satisfaction with the product, implementation, processes, and documentation.

Senior Microsoft Engineer

 The Sr Microsoft Engineer will be responsible for post-sales support for all Contour customers. This will require you to explain in detail both the feature functionality of the products as well as the Contour implementation and service methodology. The Sr Microsoft Engineer will coordinate trouble tickets from open to close even if tickets are escalated to higher tiers or external partners.

Senior Systems Engineer

The engineer is primarily responsible for monitoring and managing server technical assets for all Contour Managed Service customers. When a request falls out of the scope of managed services, the Senior Systems will either escalate to the next tier and/or communicate with other Contour departments to understand the expectations set and review afterward. If needed, the Systems Engineer will complete all necessary documentation and communications for hand-off.
